This role will support continued clinical learning for onboarding, orientation, education, preceptor preparation, ongoing competency, professional development, supporting students, and evidence-based practice for Home Health and Hospice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Home Health and Hospice and hold certifications as a Speech/Language Therapist (SLP), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Physical Therapist (PT).
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.
