About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team at Michigan Staffing. This individual will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving project success, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring the success of ongoing projects.
  • Analyze client sales data and address declining trends with tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
  • Follow up on warm leads and nurture potential opportunities from a provided customer list.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, an outgoing personality, and exceptional organizational skills. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits including health/medical/dental, paid time off (PTO), 401(k) with company match, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible working hours.
