Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for preparation of all types of tax returns, audit, compilation and review financial statement engagements, general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statement maintenance and reconciliations. You will also provide tax planning for business and individuals, perform research, and prepare memorandums. Additionally, you will assist clients with tax audits and IRS or state correspondence, conduct business consulting, and oversee staff accountants as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a CPA/Certified Candidate preferred. With 5+ years of experience, you should possess an understanding of federal and state tax laws, expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation rules, and knowledge of various tax research tools. Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and database applications, are essential. You must be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
