The Collision Repair Specialist is expected to have the essential skills to execute metal restoration, align and calibrate, apply filler and sand, as well as repair and substitute components. Proficiency in metal reshaping, plastic finishing, structural restoration, and welding is required. Candidates must possess the appropriate tools to carry out these responsibilities effectively. A positive demeanor and the ability to collaborate with management and colleagues in a spirit of teamwork are crucial. Adherence to our core values in all tasks is also essential.
