Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the appearance and supplies of the production plant, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean plant interiors, including floors, walls, and equipment, to meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Manage and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties, ensuring they are always available and in good working condition.
  • Notify management of any needed repairs or maintenance, ensuring prompt attention to prevent disruptions to production.
  • Contribute to the overall housekeeping of the production plant, including waste management and recycling.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
