We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Reser's. As a key member of our production plant team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance and supplies of the production plant, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Clean plant interiors, including floors, walls, and equipment, to meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Manage and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties, ensuring they are always available and in good working condition.
- Notify management of any needed repairs or maintenance, ensuring prompt attention to prevent disruptions to production.
- Contribute to the overall housekeeping of the production plant, including waste management and recycling.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
