Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates and directs Veeva CRM support resources at client locations - Regular meetings.
  • Acts as the escalation point for internal technical inquiries at client sites.
  • Ensures Ticket Resolution for Veeva products within the Ticketing System.
  • Diagnoses issues related to Veeva products and all associated integrations.
  • Offers support and administration for Veeva products.
  • Executes Configuration Changes in Veeva products.
  • Documents Business Requirements effectively.
  • Engages in Project Work - Veeva CRM Configuration changes, testing, deployment activities, and Veeva CRM integrations.
  • Collaborates with third-party integration points for modifications, testing, and deployment activities.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of Life Science (Pharma) - Sales Business Processes.
  • Proficient in configuring custom objects, layouts, reports, and CLM functions within the Veeva platform.
  • Experience in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Veeva.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the capability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently.
  • Veeva CRM Certified.
  • SFDC Admin Certification.
