Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and Leads Veeva CRM support resources at client - Weekly meetings.
- Escalation point for internal technical questions at client.
- Provides Ticket Resolution for Veeva products in the Ticketing System.
- Troubleshoot issues with Veeva products and all integrations.
- Provide support and administration for Veeva products.
- Performs Configuration Changes in Veeva products.
- Documents Business Requirements.
- Can perform Project Work - Veeva CRM Configuration changes, testing, deployment activities, and Veeva CRM integrations.
- Coordinates with third party integration points for changes, testing, and deployment activities.
- Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) -Sales Business Process.
- Experience with Configuring custom objects, layouts, reports, CLM functions in Veeva platform.
- Experience in data analysis and migration of CRM data from legacy systems into Veeva.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and ideas related to assigned projects and customer support.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, global teams as well as independently.
- Veeva CRM Certified.
- SFDC Admin Certification.
