NY - Medical Oncology LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our medical oncology team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our medical professionals and staff. This is a full-time, day shift position with a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week.
Responsibilities:- Participate in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients
- Provide clinical support and technical assistance to medical professionals and other staff
- Assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs
- Interview and record patient medical history
- Obtain patient vital signs and escort patients to exam rooms
- Current NYS LPN license
- Graduate from an accredited LPN School of Nursing
- Previous clinic or hospital LPN experience preferred
- BLS required
