Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing laboratory tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, treatment goals, and personal preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our dialysis services, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of RN experience (3 months in hemodialysis) preferred.
  • Valid RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Compensation

Salary range: $32.00 - $55.00 per hour. Compensation offers are based on education, experience, skills, and geographic region.
