Geriatric Dialysis Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Geriatric Dialysis Nurse to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing in Pawling, NY. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our geriatric patients.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality dialysis care to adult and geriatric patients
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of current dialysis experience
  • Geriatric patient experience required
  • NXStage Dialysis Machine experience strongly preferred
  • CNN or CDN Certification preferred
  • Crown Web EMR experience preferred
  • BSN preferred
