Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ho'ola Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will work closely with physicians to deliver high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your expertise will be essential in providing medical care, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and promoting overall patient wellness.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients, including histories, exams, lab tests, prescriptions, and referrals within established guidelines and protocols.
- Perform initial examinations, including physical exams and patient observation.
- Record patient medical histories and develop treatment plans.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Hawaii licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously within the scope of practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
