Assembly Technician

At Gestamp Wind North America Inc., we're looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Amarillo, TX. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in our wind towers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install mechanical and electrical equipment in wind towers according to technical specifications.
  • Execute assembly functions by efficient resource allocation and utilization.
  • Perform regular maintenance of equipment and ensure reduction of waste.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as an Internal Assembler Specialist or in a related manufacturing role.
  • Experience must include installing mechanical/electrical tower equipment, interpreting technical designs of wind tower projects, and performing transport of metallic structures using bridge-crane or fork-lift.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
