The George Washington University Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team. As a member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting research, and teaching medical students and residents.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Conduct research in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge.
- Teach medical students and residents in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Participate in departmental and hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
- Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Completion of a fellowship program in maternal-fetal medicine or gynecologic oncology.
- Experience in teaching and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a academic medical center.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives.
