Campus Life & Style is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition of our properties is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior of our properties, including grounds and landscaping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
  • Ensure all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in company training classes and meetings as required.
  • Keep all necessary insurances and licenses up to date.
Requirements
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing building systems.
  • Make Ready experience.
  • Construction skills, including sheetrock patch/texture/paint, flooring, and carpentry.
  • Groundskeeping and irrigation experience.
