Job Summary
This is a part-time/full-time, on-site role for a Fulfillment Specialist. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for packaging and fulfilling our clients' custom orders, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in order to capture the sentiment and quality of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Package and ship out all custom products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, including verifying product details and shipping addresses.
- Communicate with clients to provide order status updates and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
