Tareas Principales/Específicas

  • Colaborar en la ejecución adecuada de propuestas de catering para bodas y eventos sociales de alto nivel.
  • Asistir en la preparación previa al evento, incluyendo la disposición de mesas y sillas según los planos, colocar manteles, doblar servilletas, organizar la vajilla y los centros de mesa, y montar estaciones de comida.
  • Pulir la vajilla, cubiertos y cristalería.
  • Transportar alimentos en bandejas y reponer la comida según sea necesario.
  • Recibir y saludar a los invitados de manera amigable y profesional.
  • Cumplir con las normas de salud y estándares de sanidad durante todo el evento.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con el Capitán de Catering.
  • Respetar los plazos establecidos.
  • Capacidad para manejar y servir bebidas alcohólicas.
  • Colaborar en la entrega y recogida de alimentos y bebidas de manera oportuna.
  • Asistir en la limpieza posterior al evento según la lista de verificación de fin de noche de manera oportuna.
  • Colaborar en el barrido, fregado y disposición adecuada de la basura.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el personal de gestión.

Calificaciones Mínimas

  • Debe tener 18 años o más.
  • Conocimiento práctico del servicio de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escucha.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.
  • Fuerza y destreza necesarias para realizar todas las tareas requeridas, incluyendo la capacidad de levantar entre 25-50 lbs, agacharse y doblarse.
  • Demostrar buenas habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario variable, que puede incluir horas tempranas y tardías, así como fines de semana y días festivos.
  • Poseer o tener la capacidad de obtener y mantener una licencia de conducir con un historial de conducción seguro.
  • Se requiere comprar y usar uniforme estándar.
