Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Equipment Operator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a Field Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including applicators, sprayers, and other machinery
  • Mix and apply herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops, following all safety protocols and regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL license preferred
  • At least 18 years old to operate Helena equipment and/or drive a company vehicle
  • Experience in operating large equipment and performing routine maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
