We are seeking a skilled Precision Deburring Specialist to join our team at National Guard Employment Network. As a Deburr Technician, you will be responsible for performing hand deburring operations to print specifications involving precision tolerances on Beryllium products for use in the aerospace, defense, and nuclear industries.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hand deburring operations to print specifications involving precision tolerances on Beryllium products.
- Utilize various grinding equipment such as angle head grinders, pencil grinders, and straight grinders.
- Work from blueprints, advanced drawings, process sheets, and sketches to perform hand deburring operations with precision, quality, and safety.
- Routinely use a microscope to inspect and verify deburring operations.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow both written and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Associate's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in the use of a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
