Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Phlebotomist II at Spectraforce Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers. Your primary responsibility will be to collect high-quality blood samples from patients, while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collections.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years of experience in a patient service center environment; customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred, required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
