Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist II

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist II to join our team at Bayone. As a Phlebotomy Specialist II, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare blood specimens for lab testing.
  • Follow established practices and procedures.
  • Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
  • Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Three years phlebotomy experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
  • Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience.

Additional Information: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
