Remote Hybrid Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Postdoctoral Young Investigator to join our AllenNLP team at the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence. As a remote hybrid employee, you will spend part of your time on-site in our Seattle offices and may occasionally work remotely from your home in the Greater Seattle area.

Compensation Range: $128,500 - $192,750

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and ambitious researcher interested in applying their skills towards the next generation of intelligent systems. As a member of our AllenNLP team, you will collaborate frequently with researchers on our other teams focused on commonsense reasoning and the Semantic Scholar engine, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research in natural language processing and contribute to the development of our AllenNLP platform
  • Collaborate with our team to advance our mission of AI for the common good
  • Pursue an independent research agenda and publish research in top-tier conferences and journals
