Job Overview

The Airport Operations Quality Control Specialist is a key role within our team at LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in airport operations. About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a strong focus on attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. As an Airport Operations Quality Control Specialist, you will be working closely with various stakeholders, including management, staff, and external partners to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • To conduct regular inspections of airport facilities, equipment, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • To develop and implement procedures for monitoring and addressing quality control issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • To communicate effectively with staff, management, and external partners to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • To participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • To provide regular reports and updates to management on quality control performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in airport operations or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
