Role Description:
In this role, you will adopt a collaborative team approach to oversee and implement projects in line with PuroClean's established protocols. You will respond promptly to service requests, establish efficient workflows, manage job requirements, accurately complete documentation, supervise production tasks, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. It is essential to adhere to and enforce safety standards at all job sites. You will monitor all assigned projects to ensure client satisfaction, engage in marketing initiatives, and foster relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction and enhance brand representation
  • Effectively manage all production processes
  • Continuously improve production skills and knowledge
  • Oversee financial assets and equipment management
  • Comply with uniform and policy guidelines as per the Brand Identity Guide
  • Maintain organized and clean job sites
  • Mentor and train production staff technicians
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, and supervise facility upkeep
  • Maintain clear communication with office personnel, supervisors, and fellow technicians

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification (additional IICRC certifications are a plus)
  • Proficient in industry software such as Dash and Mica (familiarity with other tools like Docusketch, Encircle, ITEL App, etc., is advantageous)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development, with strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Prioritize organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of facilities, assets, and equipment
  • Skilled in record-keeping, information documentation, and effective communication
  • Adhere to safety protocols, exercising caution with colleagues and clients
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and exhibit strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
