Job Position Description:
As a Restoration Production Manager at Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, you will be responsible for managing mitigation production crews and mold/odor job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include assigning and coordinating jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production, supervising scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files, and monitoring jobs from start to completion to ensure the highest quality of service for every job.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand
  • Effectively overseeing all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
  • Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details, and coordinating with GM/Owner
  • Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and following uniform and policy guidelines
  • Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
  • Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
  • Ensuring clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians
  • Ensuring an accurate scope of work for projects utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
  • Negotiating customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Reviewing job sites documentation to support the services provided and ensuring proper client requirements and billing process
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing crews and resources to provide services on active projects, including subcontractors
  • Commercial Job Management
  • Assisting with hiring
  • Priority responder to all emergency calls
  • Managing equipment and materials
  • Managing the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction

Sub Contractors:
Manage and communicate scope of work with specialty sub-contractors, including Electronics Restoration, Dry Cleaners, Document Restoration, Rental Equipment, GC for Board up, Tarping & Temp Structures, Electrician (Temp power)

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • IICRC certifications are preferred
  • Mold TX state license would be a plus
  • Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management
  • Management skills, being a team leader
  • Experience using Industry Softwares: MICA (Advance); Dash (Intermediate), Xactimate & Symbility (Basic)
  • Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
  • Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
