Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing/Piping Foreman to join our team at 2H Talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and piping installations, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing and piping crews on construction sites.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure that work is performed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to schedule and sequence plumbing and piping installations.
  • Oversee the installation and layout of plumbing and piping systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and HVAC piping.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to verify the quality and integrity of plumbing and piping installations.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and piping installations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Journeyman plumber or pipefitter license/certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
