Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair pipes, joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in all types of structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and plumbing codes.
  • Supervise field workers and subcontractors, overseeing field installation activities in a designated area to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Provide necessary tools, equipment, and installation materials to the work area prior to the arrival of workers, facilitating smooth installation procedures.
  • Inspect the quality of installation workmanship regularly to uphold standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Coordinate and call for code enforcement inspections as required throughout the project phases.
  • Enforce safety policies and procedures, promptly responding to incidents and ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Maintain detailed records of time spent on jobs and materials purchased, accurately tracking project costs and resources.
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Texas Plumbing Journeyman License required, additional education or certification in plumbing, construction management, or related field preferred.
  • EPA Universal and OSHA certification.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Construction Plumbing Foreman or similar role in commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues on-site.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to creating a safe work environment.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $40-$50/hr, determined by experience and certifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, 401K plan, and paid time off.
