Job Title: Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement store operations and customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage store appearance and maintenance, including scheduling maintenance services and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in a sales or customer service-oriented position.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
