About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Professional to oversee invoice processing, vendor management, and financial reporting. As an ideal candidate, you will ensure compliance with financial policies, assist in budgeting, and support month-end reconciliation.

Responsibilities
  • Process all invoices correctly and on time.
  • Prepare 1099s and maintain relationships with vendors, resolving payment issues when necessary.
  • Supervise the accounts payable staff and ensure adherence to proper procedures.
  • Develop weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Prepare and review financial reports related to accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare budgets and financial projections.
  • Participate in month-end close reconciliation, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Oracle software.
  • Experience with 1099 preparation and processing.
  • Strong skills in invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Background in financial accounting, preferably with experience in large ERP systems, such as Oracle.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, including way matching and general ledger management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
