Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op in Mechanical Engineering to join our Regenerative Medicine group. As a Co-op, you will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to design and develop process equipment for tissue engineering products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop components and assemblies
  • Create and modify design drawings
  • Build and test prototypes
  • Prepare reports and documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or institution, pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Junior year or above
  • Available to work 40 hours/week onsite in the RTP, NC facility
  • Relevant coursework and experience with standard office software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of CAD design software
  • Motivated, curious, and hardworking
  • Ability to think creatively and learn quickly
