Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Sales:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Creating a first-class customer experience by handling service issues professionally.

Training and Development:
Stay updated on all GCI products, services, and promotions. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining awareness of competitor offerings and providing feedback to management.
  • Cross-training in other areas to improve technical skills.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends.
