This senior-level role requires minimal supervision and a deep understanding of product lines, sales strategies, and customer interactions. You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and manage complex customer issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment for customers.
- Demonstrating the value of our products and services through engaging conversations.
- Meeting or exceeding sales objectives consistently.
- In the absence of management, making informed decisions regarding customer account adjustments and service resolutions.
- Mentoring junior Customer Service Sales Specialists.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of four years of experience in customer service and sales, with a focus on supporting and selling products and services.
- Two years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Relevant certifications in the telecom field.
This position may require reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations. The work is primarily sedentary, involving extended periods of using telephones and computers. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
