Position Requirements:

This senior-level role requires minimal supervision and a deep understanding of product lines, sales strategies, and customer interactions. You will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and manage complex customer issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating the value of our products and services through engaging conversations.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in customer service and sales, with a focus on supporting and selling products and services.
Preferred:
  • Two years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Relevant certifications in the telecom field.
Physical and Work Environment:

This position may require reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations. The work is primarily sedentary, involving extended periods of using telephones and computers. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
