About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Career Navigator to join our team at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. As a Career Navigator, you will play a critical role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals and connect with local employers who are looking for talented individuals to join their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with job seekers to assess their service needs and develop personalized employment plans.
  • Provide career guidance and coaching to help job seekers present themselves effectively as candidates and secure optimal placement in employment or further occupational information.
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet customer needs, ensuring that service plans are maintained and updated as necessary.
  • Coordinate service provider activities and perform visits to customers' homes, training providers' sites, and/or employment sites.
  • Accurately document customer interactions through well-written case notes in our automated system and ensure that case files meet or exceed programmatic requirements.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
