Job Summary

StarPlus Energy LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse functions, including receiving, distribution, and maintenance operations, to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements while maintaining health, safety, and security standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports and statistics, including IN/OUT status reports and dead stock reports.
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Train and manage team members from outsourced staffing suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory status for external and internal warehouses and reconcile with data storage systems (IWMS, SAP).
  • Communicate with relevant departments to prevent material shortages.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Associate degree.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel, with reasonable prior notice, as required (domestic and/or international).
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Documentation skills utilizing MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the auto industry.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration; bilingual English/Korean; extensive knowledge in data analytics; excellent communication skills; critical thinking and analytical mindset; demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in accomplishing goals; strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); hands-on experience with warehouse management software and database; strong problem-solving skills.
