Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Generalist to join our team at CESNA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement plans, including supplier sourcing, vetting, and price negotiations.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of equipment.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports, including performance metrics and inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and systems technology related to procurement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 1-7 years' experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of data analytics and Microsoft Office.
