SEH America is seeking a highly skilled Statistical Process Control Engineer to join our Quality Management Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the statistical process control (SPC) program within our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SPC programs to improve process capability and reduce variability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SPC practices with company goals and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare clear and concise reports for management and customer purposes
  • Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and enhance overall quality
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and overseeing SPC systems
  • Proficiency in statistical software like JMP, SAS, or Minitab
  • Strong understanding of statistical principles, control charting techniques, and data analysis methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
