Your Role:
In this leadership position, you will oversee the coordination of all functions within the Emergency Room. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and supporting nursing staff through education and resources.
- Ensuring the highest quality of nursing care is delivered in the Emergency Department.
- Making informed decisions based on hospital standards and collaborating with the Director in complex situations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- TNCC and PALS certifications.
