EAH Housing is seeking a highly skilled Controller, Real Estate Management to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate financial audits and tax returns for REM properties
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgets
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years of experience in a non-profit affordable housing environment (HUD and Tax Credit accounting)
- At least 1 year of supervising staff
- Master's degree in finance or Accounting and CPA preferred

EAH Housing is a nonprofit housing development and management organization with over 50 years of experience. We develop low-income multifamily housing, manage over 222 properties, and play a leadership role in local, regional, and national housing advocacy efforts.
