Staff Clinician

At Life University, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional chiropractic patient care, education, and operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and promote a vitalistic approach to patient care centered on the vertebral subluxation complex in a clinical application of chiropractic.
  • Develop, manage, and operate a full-time chiropractic practice within the accepted model of care, seeing a broad range of patient types in a teaching clinic environment.
  • Meet all assigned Key Performance Objectives (KPO) and display behaviors congruent with a developing, nurturing, and innovative healthcare environment.
  • Effectively utilize the LIFE student mentorship model sustained by a business and practice management model emulating contemporary chiropractic practice success.
  • Adhere to clinical, operational, and business practices and decisions consistent with the LIFE model of care, focusing on providing safe and quality patient care and education.
  • Ensure that all aspects of patient care, patient management, and education are congruent with accepted LIFE chiropractic standards of care.
  • Practice discipline(s) within and congruent with the LIFE model of care, e.g., Radiology, Functional Kinesiology, Functional Neurology, etc.
  • Foster meaningful, life-long, health enhancement based professional relationships with the public and patients.
  • Comply with all Federal, State, and local laws applicable to the practice of chiropractic, as well as federal and state entitlement programs and third-party payer contracts.
  • Comply with clinic Quality Assurance and Improvement (QA & I) policies and procedures, ensuring HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in clinician and clinical development activities.
Requirements
  • A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program, with current licensure in good standing in the State of Georgia (or eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia).
  • Excellent skills related to chiropractic assessment, diagnosis, care, and adjustive technique.
  • Excellent skills related to communication, education, organizational operations, documentation, computer operation, and associated applications.
