Key Responsibilities:- Install and Maintain Voice Systems: Ensure the efficient and secure operation of voice systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve problems reported by users and/or automated monitoring systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer assistance and guidance to clients and internal teams on voice system-related issues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform Moves, Adds, and Changes: Execute customer requests for changes to voice system configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Program and Install Voice Equipment: Configure and install voice and related equipment according to job order specifications, company standards, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot Equipment Malfunctions: Identify and resolve issues with voice equipment, including dial tone trouble, inoperable phones, and voicemail problems.
- Provide Technical Assistance: Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to client Health end users, as required.
- Repair and Maintain Voice Equipment: Perform maintenance and repair of voice and voice over IP equipment for client Health.
- Communicate and Escalate Issues: Communicate and escalate systems service issues to management to ensure quick and efficient resolution.
- Adhere to IT Processes: Adhere to client Health IT's processes and practices, ensuring consistency and quality in voice system management.
- Maintain Records and Inventory: Assist in maintaining records and parts inventory for spare equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
- Train Users: Train users on voice systems operation and provide technical resource support, as needed.
- Recommend System Improvements: Recommend changes to improve systems configurations and determine hardware and software requirements, related to those changes.
- Attend Vendor Training: Attend vendor training workshops to gain proficiency in voice equipment servicing and stay informed of new developments and technologies.
- On-Call Duties: Perform on-call duties, ensuring 24/7 support and availability for critical voice system issues.
