We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of facility electrical distribution systems, electronics, automation systems, lighting systems, apparatus, and devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motor controls, logic control systems, low voltage systems, fire alarm systems, and voice and data systems. They will also have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing and connecting power supply wiring and conduit for lighting, general devices, newly installed machines, and building equipment. They will also troubleshoot and support production controls and automation components, diagnose malfunctioning apparatus, and replace damaged parts, broken wires, cables, and connections.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be organized, and be a team player. They will also have the ability to multi-task, work alternate schedules as necessary, and perform all other duties as assigned to meet customer critical missions.
