Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, especially in the rental equipment sector.
  • Act as the primary representative for PacTec within the Houston market.
  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Supervise warehouse personnel to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure they meet client specifications.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate product deliveries through internal staff or third-party logistics providers as necessary.
  • Support the Sales team with customer engagements and project-related tasks.
  • Assist the Inventory Department in identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with the Shipping Department on all transportation logistics, including urgent and scheduled deliveries.

Qualifications:

A minimum of seven years of professional experience is required for this position.
