We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Professional Care Match, LLC. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our elderly patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Assist clients with medication management and ambulation
  • Help with mobility around the house or outside, including doctor's appointments and walks
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals, and help with physical therapy exercises
  • Complete client shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
  • Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
  • Offer activities essential for daily living, including assisting patients with meals, serving, and other tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Prior experience as a caregiver or personal care assistant (2+ years certified nurse, home health aid preferred)
  • CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Must complete all Covid-19 training and follow protocols put in place
