About the Job:
This position is responsible for coordinating staffing needs in the medical unit at Northern Light Health. As a Medical Unit Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to prioritize patient care needs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (BScN or equivalent)
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Maine
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
