Northern Light Health is a dynamic and growing healthcare organization seeking a skilled Unit Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our medical office staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our OB-GYN unit.
Job Description
We are offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, for this full-time position working 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate unit activities, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Process physician orders, transcribe documents, and maintain accurate charts.
- C coordinate safe patient transport and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain professional development needs and stay up-to-date with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent necessary.
