Job Summary

ISHPI Information Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems through phone, email, or chat.

Responsibilities

  • Answers questions, analyzes problems, and provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems.
  • Resolves computer software and hardware problems of users and acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Acts as the escalation path to resolve moderate to highly complex technical issues.
  • Provides support for call overflow during peak time or reduced staff during off-peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Accredited BS degree or higher and four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Requires active DoD M IAT Level II such as Comptia Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND SSCP or higher level.
  • Selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance. Active clearance preferred.
