Complimentary AM Attendant

Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables and floors

Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field

Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state

Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
