Reliability Engineer

Philips North America is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability strategies to ensure the success of our products.
About the Role:As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliability program plans, document tasks, methods, tools, tests, and analyses required for product success. You will also assist engineering teams in achieving warranty reduction and improving customer satisfaction by leading quality efforts on problem identification, failure root cause analysis, corrective action development, and resolution verification.
You will be responsible for managing and conducting training and workshops on quality and reliability engineering, robustness, and statistics as necessary within product engineering. Additionally, you will participate in product design and reliability reviews during new product development to ensure the robustness of product design and manufacturing processes.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience with reliability testing and working with product engineering to develop reliability requirements, establish a reliability program, and perform appropriate analyses.
- Strong understanding of quality and reliability engineering principles, including robustness and statistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
