About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our reliability strategy for the Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a reliability program plan to document tasks, methods, tools, tests, and analyses required for the success of new products.
  • Assist engineering teams in achieving warranty reduction and improving customer satisfaction by leading quality efforts on problem identification, failure root cause analysis, corrective action development, and resolution verification.
  • Manage and conduct training and workshops on quality and reliability engineering, robustness, and statistics as necessary within product engineering.
  • Participate in product design and reliability reviews during new product development to ensure robustness of product design and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with reliability testing and working with product engineering to develop reliability requirements, establish a reliability program, and perform appropriate analyses to ensure that new products meet all requirements.
  • Strong understanding of quality and reliability engineering principles, including robustness and statistics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
