Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Join Philips North America as a Reliability Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative medical technology solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to work cross-functionally with our team to develop and improve the reliability program for our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product reliability and quality
  • Collaborate with the reliability team to develop and improve the reliability program
  • Work with manufacturing to evaluate and qualify new technology and processes
  • Assist engineering teams in reducing warranty claims and improving customer satisfaction
  • Participate in product design and reliability reviews to ensure robustness of product design and manufacturing processes
  • Perform statistical data analysis and reliability growth assessments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability testing and program management
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Strong understanding of medical device industry regulatory requirements
  • Experience with software tools such as LabView and Arduino
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
