We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at LaBella Associates. As a key member of our Program Management division, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom project and portfolio analytics to support our large portfolio of utility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Power BI to provide insights and efficiency to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to optimize project execution and provide critical insights to project performance.
  • Work with our database team to define requirements, create tables, views, and stored procedures to support your analyses.
  • Evolve to predictive analyses once sufficient data has been collected for modeling.
  • Manage and track agile development using our Jira instance.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level Power BI development skills, with experience in data modeling, database normalization, and SQL.
  • Minimum of five years of professional Power BI development experience.
  • Proven experience as an analytics solution developer, with a focus on creative and artistic design skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to understand front-end user requirements and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a motivated and proactive work ethic.
  • BSc degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
